Victoria Bruneni has lived in Santa Fe for over 20 years working in hospitality, primarily hotels until founding her own catering company “what THE truck.”

She is the proud mother of a daughter, Elizabeth, who heads off to Occidental College this fall.

She was past president of the Rotary del Sur, board member of Rotary Santa Fe, Solace, St. Elizabeth Shelter, and a former city commissioner for PARC and OTAB, as well as a founding board member for the Veterans Alliance for Santa Fe and current advisory member.

Community is incredibly important to Victoria and is one of the founding principals of her company. She frequently donates dinners for St. Elizabeth’s men’s shelter, weekly meals for Life Link, as well as meals for teachers and first responders. All non-profits receive a 20% discount.

Victoria’s catering collection includes; bruneni- elevated catering, what THE truck, THE capitol cafe, and seasonally THE cafe at Los Golondrinas and THE station at Osier Mountain, along with two food trucks offering a wide range of culinary fares for any occasion and budget.
