Rocky Packard

Born in Santa Fe, Rocky Packard attended the California Culinary Academy and after graduation opened Santa Cafė and then Periscope in his hometown. He then moved on to Coyote Cafė before opening On Water in the Hotel St. Francis and then a new Coyote Cafė in Austin, Texas. Following that he became regional executive chef for the California Cafė restaurant group in the Bay Area, segueing into becoming social enterprise manager where he brought homeless individuals into the organization at entry-level jobs creating an opportunity for them to reenter the workforce.
